Hehehe. Cool title huh?
The appartment that i live in was entered by the caretakers and tradesman to install an extra something to the water system yesterday. I am not sure if they noticed my annie though.
This is the problem... I live in a state that is trying to regulate dangerous animals from being kept as pets/companions/whatever, just the same as other states. Anyway, There isn't a definative on type of snake that is considered dangerous (other than piosonous and life threatening) to be pin pointed exactly. I've heard people 'wig out' coz i have a green anaconda and they're like.....(gulp)....DANGER DANGER!!!......... I mean c'mon people... Talk about a case of the one bad egg thing!
If i felt my annie to be dangerous then i wouldn't bother with this post. Even if she was... nobody is going to get a chance to see her in public. She's never allowed outside her enclosure without my supervision... Period! Call me mister reponsibility.
How can i cover up this species if it is brought to the publics eye through a wrecker of happiness? Is there another species of snake that resembles the green anaconda that i could use its name as a decoy? I tried finding out the laws on the net and calling the 'Dept of agri. Illinois' and am given a bunch of different answers... Yes you can/no you cannot/yes but only up to six foot/no because they eat people??
What the (insert obligatory language in here) is it people!!
If i don't say anything then that's fine but what if they came into my appartment again and realized what it is??? Like i said, what could it be mistaken for?
Thanks for reading.
