You should never ever house two different snake species together. Technically speaking, you should never house two snakes of the SAME species together unless you are intent on breeding.
I recommend separating them immediately, even if I had to relocate the BP to a rubbermaid as mentioned above. As long as the temps and humidity are maintained, the BP & Boa will be fine.

Please take the time to read caresheets on your snakes as soon as possible. I am sure at some point someone gave you the impression housing the two snakes together was ok..It isnt
