All I have to say is this it's just like Nile Monitors, most are aggressive and nippy but some can be tame as a dog (My nile took a whole lotta taming before he could be considered "tame"). But on the whole colombian's tend to be more aggressive compaired to other tegus. I have only owned one colombian gold and he was a little terror when he was all warm and ready to go.
