Worst...If you live in a place where you get copperhead calls, they breed like freaking rats, cryptic colors make looking for them when you know they are there kinda fun..like an easteregg hunt with consequences. There are just too many of them. No one wants them around their place obviously. Anyone that keeps them has too many or soon will. You can't give them away...so you end up having to relocate them and I hate doing that because relocated snakes don't normally fare well...nor does the balance of the new ecosystem you upset by doing that.

Id heard CATS will keep snakes away...wonder if that is just a wives tale..
I was wondering cause my friend lives in the boonies, VERY rocky outcrops, lots of bush...We want to go out there and hunt around for critters, just to spot..(not keep!!)
She has cats, and since she got them, she hasnt seen near as many garters or ring necks around...I told her that they are probably still there, just getting better at hiding..LOL
