anyone dealt with these guys?
this is the story..
i ordered my hogg island boa way back in november/december.. it was borderline too cold for them to ship, so i decided to wait til it got warmer. their policy is that they dont guarantee anything shipped under 35 degrees.
so anyway.. for the past month, it has been in the 40s'50's60's here in nj, and in niagra, ny as well (where they r located).. still no call or email as to when it would go out (they said they would call or email 24 hours in advance).. i try calling their toll free number numerous times daily, no answer.. i try IM'ing them on AOL/AIM daily, no answer. i try emailing them daily, no answer. i post the problem on their website forum, and it gets deleted and i get no answer. what's up? i paid for the snake in full the first time, so its not like there is any problem with that..
very disappointed with them.
