Help Leopard Gecko

well found a Leopard Gecko for sale up here and I am thinking about purchasing it..... here is some info
Adult Leopard Gecko, raised from juvenile, 20 gal. tank, lights, hot rock, everything you need to keep it alive and kickin'. $65.00 OBO.

obviously the hot rock has got to go and I'm not sure about the aquarium size being too small?

Anyways havent taken a look at it yet so anything I should look for? I've been told look for a fat tail and make sure it will readily eat... also avoid one who has skin stuck to the bottom of their feet and eyes don't open when touched....

any advice would be great....

thanks
