Help Chameleon eggs

I have some chameleon eggs in the incubator right now and i was wondering if they were still alive? they are still white and plump i havent candled them so yea ...... but would i know for sure if they were dead they would get brown and moldy right? well i was just wondering i know gecko eggs but these chameleons are a first .....
