LOL..a Children's or Spotted python will eat mice/rats. Blood pythons are known to be a bit nippy now and then and will get bigger than a Royal, a bit longer and twice as fat! Rosy boas are cool but can be nippy, too, just ask Alicewave hehehe. Colubrids are a good idea, too, but realize they have a higher metabolism and move MUCH faster than a Royal.
