I have a great idea for sick boa/rescue assistance!
It seems like we've got a lot of people rescuing really sick boas, yet they don't have quite enough knowledge to fully get it back to standing health.
What we should do is make a small section of the website for rescues, and make it a 1-on-1 relationship between newcomer and experienced person on the site, to assist with rescuing this boa.
So what would happen in this section, is we'd have a section for long-time posters (say, you had to post or be on the site more than once per day), and they would post themselves as "availible" to directly assist with nursing this boa to health. Then once the newcomer comes, or whoever needs assistance with a sick boa, they would choose one of these "availible" posters and submit a request to personally work with one another to nurse this boa to full health.
I think with 1-on-1 relationships, it'd be much more efficient at getting the boa what it needs in a very timely manner... rescues in particular, plus the more knowledgable of members on the site would be availible for access as much as possible.
Any input on the idea? I would love to participate in something like this. It'd also make our helping of members in need much more efficient.
