Well considering that morphs do have many problems, such as a shorter lifespan and lowered resistance to most diseases and ailments, then yes, there are probs with inbreeding.
Inbreeding leads to may different physical traits, the most desireable, being morphs, for those selling for big $$$.
Other physical attributes can be a lack of one or both eyes and many other deformaties, all not natural, although it does happen from time to time in the wild.
Thing is, even in the wild, they don't last long at all, either due to not being able to hunt, see, avoid predators etc.
