Is is usual for boas to have a favorite hide? When I first got Ted, I got him a small half log. Well, that was the only one in his cage for about a month and he got use to it. I learned from here that he really should have at least two, so I got him a larger one and put it on the other side of the tank. Well, it seems like he'll always choose the smaller one, no matter if I place it on the cool or hot side. The funny thing is, HE DOESN'T fit there any more. It's real funny seeing him trying to 'hide' under it.
