Red spots on my balls belly?! lots!!

hi im new here, i've been searching the site for about three weeks. i bought a new ball python in a pretty dank pet shop in my home town, londonderry called 'city pets'. but i've noticed dimebag has lots of yellow spots on his belly. is this normal because its only around the areas where he hasnt shedd all of his skin? please help. thanks
