Crested Gecko Baby

I just got my crested (he is 3 months old) and he jumped and missed and he landed on the floor!!! I was holding him around my chest area and I'm only 5'3". He's a real jumper and looves to hop around and this time he just leaped and I wasn't able to catch him

I just want to know if he could be broken? He seems to be moving fine and eating and he is his normal self, but should I be worried?
