Yes!
If using one of the sprays like Provent-a-mite, you do NOT want to get any on your animals, it will KILL them!
With those types, you treat the cage minus the animals and water bowl.
After a few hours when it is all dried up, then you can replace the animals back in the cage along with their water bowl.
