My encloser is a 20 gallon tank with indoor/ outdoor carpet as the substrate. I have a hide rock and water dish on the warm side and a hide log and water dish on the cool side. I have a UTH and a redlight in a clamplight sitting on top the wire/screen cover. I keep a wet towel over half the tank (cool side). The day temp on the warm side is 88-90 and 80-84 at night. Humidity varies from 50-70%.
He has only urated once right before he defacated, that was after a bath. He is showing signs of a shed, eyes clouded then cleared. He does seem to hide alot, but again I work nights so I can't monitor that.
The mouse he ate was a fuzzy f/t and didn't look too big, it was about the size of his girth maybe a little smaller. The snake is an Columbian Redtail 22" long and about 2 months according to the pet store.
Thanks everyone for your help, I want to make sure I do the right thing.
