I finally got hold of the ministers office [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif[/img] ,
they will be giving me some info. on how to get my hands
on the discussion paper which will be a couple of days away.
I've got the ministers e-mail and will post it up with more details from the
disscussion paper so you all know the details of how they plan to set it up.
