Where to find Cell Phone Deals?

Other than ebay does anyone know of any good sites/stores that usually have good cell phone deals?

I'm not talking about a free phone you can get with a new contract, I'm looking to upgrade mid contract and don't wanna pay full retail price. Ebay's price is much better than retail, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone knows of a good place to look.

To be specific I'm looking for an LG VX 8100 for use with Verizon.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Oh and retail is $300, ebay I can get one probably just under $200
