Wormman is pretty good, I always get my superworms and mealworms in alive. The only problem that I've had with ordering crickets from them is in the winter, I have to order express or they'll freeze to death on the 2-3 day delivery, even when double-boxed. And they are quick to reply to emails and are more than happy to give you a replacement, and will even ship express the next time if you ask.
Though what I thought was weird, was I had ordered 2000 crickets from them a few months ago and about half of them died later after I got them... I have no idea why, cause they were all alive when I got the box and emptied them into a container.
But generally Wormman.com is pretty good.
