Whoa there buddy.. I would reccomend you take him to a VET ASAP..sounds like hes in dire straights..this may be rare but I would call and warn the vet of a possible IBD case JUST TO BE SURE. You would probably have noticed IBD way before but theres always a small chance. He seems malnourished possibly due to internal parasites? Either way get a vet to check him out ASAP! And if the burm is near him sperate them.
