Watersnakes, garter snakes (and relatives), and........ I cant think of any others, but only watersnakes get over 4ft with any regularity (diamond backs and browns get pretty big, but most of the others hover in the 2-3ft range on average).
Egg layers are not any more difficult really, it just requires some finesse and some extra equipment to incubate the eggs.
Try a cal king or a corn snake, those are very easy to breed.
Most rat snakes are as well.
