ok i have to say one thing but first thing's first.. im sorry for your loss..

but to be honest with you shouldnt have transported the snake in a glass tank otherwise it wouldnt have died. always always always put the snake in a pillowcase of some sorts, and if you want put it in a card board box so that it is dark and will prevent it from stressing out.. that should have been your main concern.

as far as the emerald is concerned, if you want to get one for cheap then you're glutton for punishment. if you want a cheap emerald then concider that you shouldnt be buying one at all and get an amazon tree boa.
