We follow the Ronne system of breeding and by doing such don't exactly cycle our boas. As far as the conventional cooling process goes that is. We usually introduce our males to females in Aug or Sept. Ronne says he has produced boas every month but two. You could try. As for the male trying to breed the other male are you sure they weren't fighting. Males usually become active because of a scent put off by the female.
