One more pointer on this issue.....
If this happens to you TURN YOUR AC OFF!!! (but make sure to compensate with your enclosures, if it's hotter in your house, it's hotter in your herp cages!) I came home this morning after going to work, to a very warm house, and an AC unit making funny noises, and producing on cool air. on further inspection of the unit I found the filter (that was brand new 3 days ago) saturated in orange sticky stuff, and frozen to the intake by about 3mm of ice! I used a hair dryer to melt the ice, and turned the unit back on, 10 min. later the ice was starting to form again. DANG! I turned off all my herps heating sources since the abbient in my place was now about mid 80's, and went to sleep (I work at night) when I woke up I tried the AC agin, and it's working like a champ now! *whew* -Juggalo
