Please take note that the Photo Albums on RTB do have a TOS. Such has been gone over in many a thread here on RTB in exact context and/or in the context of what is allowed when dealing with pic[s] in an online fashion for yourselves or others to store/utilize/post/link to/ view etc....
The following is the basic context of the albums and/or posting of pic[s] here on the RTB site TOS...

**You are NOT allowed to place photos which are copyrighted by someone else without their express consent into the album under ANY circumstances. Should RTB note that ANY photo located in your album is in violation of such..It shall be removed from the album.
**Unlike some other photo-albums on the
WWW..You MAY link to any given photo located in your album elsewhere on the WWW. It is suggested that you verify with any other website you wish to place a link to a picture in your album here at RTB that such is allowed.
**NO pornographic photos may be stored within your album. Again...such will be removed from the album by RTB if found to exist.
**If you wish to utilize ANY photos belonging to another member ..PLEASE obtain their consent PRIOR to doing such.
SHOULD YOU VIOLATE THESE SIMPLE TERMS OF USE FOR THE ALBUMS AT RTB....RTB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE YOUR ALBUM FROM IT'S SERVER. During the duration that any album has a complaint of violation of TOS, RTB Admin reserves the right to lockdown the album in question until the complaint has been thoroughly addressed by RTB Admin.
