Welcome to RTB!!!
If your boa is eating, and otherwise acting normally I would not worry too much about it. Is the boas skin very dry? The only real worry with something like this (that I know of) is the danger of cutting off circulation via retained skin. I don't think this will be a problem if the boa has the entire skin in tact.

I do wonder how much and how often are you feeding your little buddy?
