Also, I know my brother and I took care of an iggy a few years back over the summer..it was a class pet..and man that thing would snap and snap and snap..even if we werent around he'd snap..and since he was in the middle of the hallway and my door I had to sqeeze past him snapping all day..hes was caged of course..but if we needed to get him we dropped a towell over his eyes..this calms them down almost like a sleepy state..you see this on the croc hunter too..it calms them down..then you can get him out of the cage without being skittish and he should be a little bit better when out of the cage..but handle often and you will calm him down.. Good Luck
