the 4 1/2 monthes is right, right when I got him here he was wheezin' a little, but mouth was dry. then a week ago he started a wheezin' again. he flicked his tonge a couple times, white mucus! yep, RI. mouth was really wet too. I hope he diddn't have it the whole time! he wasn't showin' any signs, and I checked a couple of times cause of the initial wheezin'. he's been eating fine, very active, very alert, so I wasn't worried until I heard the wheeezin' again. but I don't understand!? could it have been there, but just so minor that he wasn't shoin' signs until now? 'cause the only stress and cold he's had is his jailbrak at my sisters house, and the plane ride. by the way, zues was my first snake, I got him when I was a wee lad in colorado springs, then I moved here to FL. and my sister took care of him for a couple years. I just want em' to get better soon!, yeah, I got temps up to 87ambient 90 basking 82 cool spot. -Juggalo
