don't know actually. our school acquired him from a student who didn't want him anymore and not much info was passed along with him. i do know that he was very underweight...but its a been a few years since then and hes plumped up nicely. im the only student this year that takes him out of his enclosure cause he can be kinda nasty and everyones afraid of him. wish he was my own :/
