if it hasn't had it's second shed yet, it probably will pretty soon.

When you give him baths do you mean you wash him, do are you soaking him? if you are sure he doesn't soak himself, you can soak him yourself. keep the water 79-82 degrees, and soak for a half hour or so a day. I am a major herptocondriac, but I would take him to the vet if he sheds, and is still having the same signs.
