photo albums and posts

I decided to finally organize my photo albums, since I have a tendency to upload everything to the main album and sort them out later. After moving a couple pics, I realized that any pics I had put in a post would now be gone, but with the short edit window, I can't go back and fix them. Is there anything I can do myself, short of begging an admin to fix the links for me? I'd like to move some more pics around, but I don't want to ruin any of my posts with pics in them.
