higher watt bulb is a good start and may fix everything. Move the cage away from any drafty area like near a window, door, celing fan or vent. Check the temps at night and make sure there is a night time spot some place in the low 80s. You may need a night time bulb. If you do need one, you already know that 60 watts gives you an ideal NIGHTTIME temp. Make sure there are hides on both the warm and cool side of the cage so your snake never has to choose between security and thermoregulation.
