In the two cages (for GTP & WLP) I need a bit higher humidity & maintain a bit higher temps. I use a mister twice per day, and in one of the cages I use a moss box. In those cages I use paper towel as substrate to make sure I don't have any molds or fungi growing. humidity in those cages is between 65%-85%. I also restrict the ventilation (blocking the screen top) somewhat to keep the humidity in- I have had no problems with shedding. hope this helps
