I don't know what an RCC is ...did you mean BCC? but anyway, an RTB needs to eat rodents. Toads and frogs won't do. Even if it would eat frogs, it will get too big too fast for them and then there you are faced with trying to get him to eat rodents when he's used to frogs. I would be very scared to feed anything other than a hognosed snake a toad. I've given in and fed copperheads frogs and anoles before but I'm scared to even give them toads. But back to the boa, If it's a baby, start with pink rats and go up in size gradually as the snake grows. If you get him started and used to rats right away, you will be glad you did later.
