What are you looking for, a normal, labrinth, granite, albino? I would suggest a normal for a first time burm owner if only for the avoidance of health issues that come with many of the morphs. you can get them for around $50, but that is one of the problems since it is easy to part with a snake that costs so little when it gets so big.
I have 2, a normal and an albino. Both are huge and cost lots to feed etc... So think long and hard before you run out and get one. They are sooooo cool and cute when they are 2ft. long and it is hard to imagine that they will grow to be giants that can weigh 300+ lbs (females) and kill you in a matter of minutes if they get a mind to.
