It's one of those stupid songs kids sing in the backseat on long trips to pass time.

They eat the jelly that grows on your toes
yah I know...pathetic format but it was written by kids afterall and I'm sure alot of it was lost passing it down generation after generation.
My sisters used to sing this to me.
Boys are made of greasy grimey gopher guts
Mutilated monkey butts
French fried eyeballs soaking in the butter dish
I forgot my fork and spoon but I brought my straw *loud slurping sound*
