A friend of mine whose going through a wildlife/environmental education program (likely to be gutted now that the tax surplus is down the drain) was at the nature mu. in ashville and he said that they recently got an african viper (i assume a gaboon givin the description) from some boy, yes boy, i can't remember what age but it was way under 18.... Anyhow maybe he meant another place...is their a zoo in ashville?
At river banks they've got a 1.1 pair of african twigsnakes that were gettin' their groove on last time i was there, and i was showin it to a bunch a folks(mainly kids) who just couldn't get enough. The dirty voyeurs.
