my nile..

heyy i justgot a baby nile about a week ago he seems very healthy as of rite now he is in a 20 gallon tank but i jsut bought him a 75 gal and im setting it up this week i hold him 2ce a day everyday i notice when i pick him up he hisses and runns aroudn the tank trying not to get picked up lol but anyways i was wondering with me holding him 2ce a day will he become tolderant of handling him? also i feed him a pinkey 3 times a week thats good for a juvi rite
