Rogue, IBD (Inclusion body disease) is sometimes called "Stargazing disease." The neurological symptoms show up in the final stages of the disease due to inclusions spreading to the brain. It is definately a bad thing to have in a collection.

blu93stang, I am very sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, since noone is 100% sure how the disease is spread, it would probably be a very good idea not to let any snakes into or out of your collection for at least 1 year of all your snakes being 100% healthy. Definately treat mites as a really big deal if you find any. Mites are considered a vector for the disease.
