You could easily do 1/3 of the cage with a heat mat or heat tape w/thermostat and that will help to give her a good thermal variant. Is she still snotty? Raising the temps to 3-5 degrees on the warm side may help her to get over it without the intervention of any medications. I would try that first for a few days and see if she is doing any better. Then if no improvement if aparant I would take her to the vet for a culture.
