I think that is the "Lampropeltis triangulum andesiana" I love those! they can get upwards of 5 1/2 to 6' and they are striking in apperance.
They are easy to take care of and are very good at escaping and the cage needs to be large with newspaper, aspen or moss mixed. The temperature in the cage should be between 65 and 70 degrees, with a warmer area about 75- 80 i believe degrees. Also put hiding spots on the warm and cool side. I don't think they would take to good to an upright cage though.
