I have no oppinion about that as I have always had snakes tame down with just enough handling except for the Psyco Kingsnake. But if I did get that corn, I'd try the dirty teeshirt trick first and handle the kiddo daily for 15 minutes a day. Even if he is in the middle of biting and hissing at you.
